Ivengar yoga with Carol is so wonderful- my body is so happy with me now that I have improved range of motion and a better understanding of how to stand and move in a much more comfortable manner. Carol is actively watching all of us and helping us move our bodies in a position that just feels so right. It is amazing how my body had made adjustments over the years that I was not aware of until she showed me how to correct that adjustment. I look forward to every Tuesday evening. Thank you!!!

This is a true gem! I highly recommend for any Iyengar yoga enthusiasts, yoga newbies, and others who are practicing varying styles of yoga styles. I appreciated the guidance from the teachers to maintain the integrity of poses with proper alignment that is tailored to a person’s individual needs. Lastly the yoga studio is located in a beautiful historical building which adds to creating a nice space to practice.

A true iyengar studio! Such a gem for traditional yoga. I have never attended a class I didn’t like. Their workshops are incredible as well. The classes here have advanced my practice tenfold.

i’ve been going to this studio for a long time now… iyengar is my favorite style of yoga and they teach it very well. the teachers are highly competent and a joy to work with. they offer both in-person and virtual classes. they also offer excellent workshops.
