I have been to many yoga studios in my day - Yogashala is a place I will always return to when I can. I moved farther away and can only get there to practice once in a while. The staff are phenomenal and honestly helped change my perspective and helped me become more mindful and positive just by being who they are. The humans that teach and run Yogashala are some of the best people I have met. They are genuine, knowledgeable, kind and help you in a way that isn’t condescending. I truly have no words to explain how much I trust, love and respect this studio. They make you feel important in a way that is lost these days. They pivot and make things work and truly care about people, in general - again a lost quality these days. The classes are a range from beginner level to intermediate and advanced. You can find all the things you are looking for here. The studio and amenities are always clean and it’s even on a beautiful piece of land. There is always parking and if you have a question the staff is super helpful and approachable. It is very safe to say Yogashala is my happy place.

Love it! After only two weeks I can already feel the improvement in my aches and pains from autoimmune arthritis! Cheri’s spinal rejuvenation wall classes are my absolute favorite; as is Alison’s 6.30 am Awakening Stretch hot yoga class. Really knowledgeable, perceptive and kind teachers who meet every participant where s/he is.

Yogashala is my happy place. Everyone is so friendly, inclusive and supportive. I really love joining new classes, and trying yoga practices I've never done before. The teachers are phenomenal. I always feel so happy and restored leaving.

Yogashala has been my light through everyday movement for my body, prenatal yoga, and now postnatal. They have such a wide variety (and time selections) of different classes. Being a member here for almost 2yrs now, I still get excited to show up to the studio weekly and be greeted by all the warm, welcoming staff. The teachers/instructors, and the entire team are all so caring and loving. It really does give you the “home away from home” feeling. Being able to attend here for some well-needed ME time, or being able to bring the babe - has made this space a saving grace. You will not be disappointed when signing up to Yogashala Waterdown. Ps. They also sell the cutest clothing (and more).
