I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Yoga Limb. The yoga classes are tailored to meet the needs of a beginner to advanced level. Tina makes the classes fun while challenging us to reach our “yoga”. She genuinely cares about each person in her class. I have also attended workshops and retreats that the Yoga Limb has presented, from locations in Ontario to Costa Rica. I have never been disappointed. The people I have met and the experiences gained will always stay with me.
Tina is the women who lifts you up when you feel down or lost, she gives you that push to be better cause she wants you to win also, she is authentic and real with a great sense of humour I just love being around her energy. I go to Tina for her yoga classes and other alternative healing treatments and she always makes me feel so welcome and at home, she has a beautiful gift. The retreat she ran in Northern Edge Algonquin was out of this world it was literally Heaven on Earth I found a piece of myself that I was missing that weekend, the food was incredible and I will never forget my experience there and I can’t wait till the next one.
