I have had such horrible experiences in the past with yoga. I truly thought I hated it. I did a free drop in with Tom and whelp. I went back again, and I think I might go back again after that. The attention he has to each person is priceless. I don’t even feel bad spending more than I’d like a month to go back because I am getting the most attentive wonderful feedback and experience. This is a really beautiful studio with friendly instructors and staff. I have been going to Tom’s class for the past few months on Tuesday/Thursday and some Sundays and find him to be an amazing, positive and helpful instructor. He is very relatable, teaches with humility, grace and empathy. He has great energy which attracts like minded students in his class. Whenever I come to class, I feel I am among friends. I always have a wonderful time, I feel challenged and see improvements as the weeks go on. Super happy I discovered this studio and Tom!
What an incredible yoga experience provided by Christy on New Years Eve at a beautiful location right in the center of Denville, NJ. Beautiful facility and people joined together on a cold evening for such a warming and relaxing experience. THANK YOU PRANA YOGA CENTER.
I can’t recommend the IN Studio Yoga Sculpt class with Michelle enough! The class is both amazing and challenging in the best way possible. Michelle is an exceptional instructor—she’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to guide you through a powerful workout while making you feel supported at every step. You definitely feel the burn, but somehow still leave feeling refreshed and energized. It’s the perfect balance of strength, sweat, and mindfulness. Whether you're looking to build endurance, tone up, or just challenge yourself in a new way, this class delivers. Highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!
