I’ve been going to this studio for the past 2 years and I cannot recommend it enough. Instructors are very knowledgeable and kind. There are classes for every skill level, preference (heat/no heat), and yoga type. Also, the facilities are clean and relaxing. There’s also a sauna to which all students have access.

After moving dowtown and away from a studio in Riverdale that I attended for 14 years, I tried several places offering yoga. I have settled on Yoga Tree on Dundas and been going there on a regular basis for over a year. The studio is attractive and very clean. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful in purchasing passes. The studio's app for booking a class is really convenient. Unlike some places that focus on the after work crowd, Yoga Tree has a number of daytime offerings. And best of all, the instructors are terrific. I have had classes with a number of different ones and found all of them to be very good. I can highly recommend this studio.

This YogaTree location is larger than the one at Richmond and Spadina, but the quality of the instructors, The cleanliness, the amenities are similar. I had a hot yoga class here and was pleased with the level of instruction and the speed of the class even though I was a beginner. Same with the other location. They provide free tea and lemon water to enjoy in the lounge area. You can also purchase yoga mats and other yoga equipment here.

I used to love Yoga Tree but the past few years have been disappointing. I have been practicing at Yoga Tree for years and it used to be one of my favorite studios in Toronto. Lately, the quality has gone down. Many instructors seem inexperienced or distracted, and several times they forget to complete the other side of a sequence, which throws off the balance of the class. The lockers also need attention. Many of them do not work and the overall maintenance has slipped. The cancellation policy is not flexible and does not allow for much understanding when plans change. I often leave classes feeling like I did not get a full or satisfying practice, which is a shame because Yoga Tree used to be such a wonderful place to recharge.
