Yoga Essence of Dunellen

I have been attending reformer, mat Pilates and yoga classes at V Pilates and Yoga for almost 3 years. It has been life changing for me. It has allowed me to be more flexible, to reduce knee and back pain and to walk longer and further than I have in years. Violetta, the owner and only instructor is amazing. She is knowledgeable, fun, and her client’s experience is her main focus. I highly recommend V Pilates and Yoga to anyone wanting to give all forms of Pilates and Yoga a try. Small classes with clients at all different levels and Violetta addresses everyone’s level of ability. The BEST!

I have been taking Pilates and yoga classes at V Pilates for about a year now. I recently went to a yoga mobility class there and was considering canceling since my back was bothering me but after taking the class, I felt much better and the next morning I felt great! Violetta always keeps the classes fresh by changing them every time and never doing the same thing. She listens to her clients and changes the type of class, the time etc and offers modifications if needed. All her classes are wonderful!

V Pilates is a warm and welcoming studio. Violetta shares the history and methodology behind each move and accommodates each person and their individual ability while also pushing them forward in a safe and accessible manner. I have been taking classes for over three years and have seen and felt a noticeable difference in my body. I no longer need to see a chiropractor and feel stronger in my core.
