I recently discovered a rodent issue in my attic, so after I had gotten quotes from much larger high profile companies in the $1500 to $2400 range (YIKES!) I panicked! Then a customer of mine referred me to Metro Pest Control and stated that they're a smaller family owned business with reasonable prices! So I called Michael and after a quick explanation of my issue, he scheduled a tech around my schedule to visit a few days later. The Tech Mike C. showed up on time as scheduled and he was great!!! We walked the perimeter and attic to find where all my little friends were getting in and that same day covered their entry points, filled weep holes and set traps in the attic and outside. Mike C. went way above and beyond in my opinion! You couldn't ask for nicer people, better service and at an EXTREMELY affordable price! These guys are awesome!!!

We had a serious rat infestation in our attic. I called Metro and they came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to take care of the problem. Little did we know at the time how big the problem was to be. Cesar, our technician was great. He located and patched several places the vermin could be getting in and then set traps and bait boxes. He had to come out several times to empty traps and the last time the rats were very large. Finally, after a couple more weeks there are no more rats. Metro was always courteous and prompt and a pleasure to work with. If you need a company that will stick with you until the problem is solved, these are your guys. Highly recommended!
