We've used Paragon for over a year now and are truly happy with the service quality. The techs are always professional and courteous of our home. Wearing shoe covers and being mindful when walking through the house. They always go out of their way to explain how they are treating the home and what to keep an eye out for. The customer service is top level. Always a quick response even if it's via text. The services are reasonably priced as well. Jose' was our tech and he's always very kind and thorough.
