I was initially excited to call and book an appointment. Unfortunately, the receptionist had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand, and the call ended abruptly when they hung up. I attempted to call back, but after a few rings, it went straight to voicemail. Overall, it was a disappointing customer service experience.
