I used to come here in 2023, and remembered how pleasant my experiences were here when looking for a new dentist across the country, which is why I am leaving this review. I needed 11 fillings before a long trip, and they managed to fit me in 4 times within 2 weeks to get them all done on very short notice. I never felt judged, and was shown how to floss more effectively to prevent it happening again. I was then very hesitant to do Invisalign like they wanted (felt traditional braces would be better), but ended up doing it, and was very thankful for that once starting. I stopped coming here after completion, but was told if I had any questions/concerns that I could always call, or drop in if in Ottawa, which was very kind of them. The dentists, hygienists & receptionist were all amazing here

I came to Dow's Lake Dental with an improper-fitting night guard that had been made elsewhere. The team here, from reception to hygienists to dentists, is amazing. They really care about their patients and finding the best solution for them, all while being very accommodating. Everyone is so friendly and their equipment is modern and new. Do not hesitate to book an appointment here!

Honestly the best dental service you can get. They are so compassionate and very efficient, they do a wonderful, thorough job and work hard to communicate clearly with me during the procedure. 10/10 would recommend. I am very anxious at the dental office and they are so patient, gentle and kind. This is the best clinic I’ve ever attended.
