Wes is absolutely awesome! He did a fast fix for some replacement laptop keys that several other shops told me could not be done at all. Had 4 broken keys, bought them online & no one would install - Wes did it quickly and courteously. My laptop is back to perfect condition! And a fair price - highly recommend!!

My husband took his S23 Ultra in for a screen repair, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I called, we dealt with Zach, who was welcoming and proficient. The repair was completed much faster than expected and my husbands phone looks good as new! The price was also very reasonable, especially considering how well he handled everything. What really stood out to me, though, was the communication! Because I initiated everything over the phone, I had to call numerous times and sometimes even text due to a work conflict, and I'm aware at how annoying that can be. Zach took everything in stride and was patient with me through all questions and schedule changes! I also appreciated that they used high-quality parts, so I’m confident the repair will last.
