Had 4 broken keys, bought them online & no one would install - Wes did it quickly and courteously. My laptop is back to perfect condition! And a fair price - highly recommend!!

My husband took his S23 Ultra in for a screen repair, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I called, we dealt with Zach, who was welcoming and proficient. The repair was completed much faster than expected and my husbands phone looks good as new! The price was also very reasonable, especially considering how well he handled everything. What really stood out to me, though, was the communication! Because I initiated everything over the phone, I had to call numerous times and sometimes even text due to a work conflict, and I'm aware at how annoying that can be. Zach took everything in stride and was patient with me through all questions and schedule changes! I also appreciated that they used high-quality parts, so I’m confident the repair will last. Zach was awesome! I called earlier in the week about fixing my Galaxy S23 FE screen and he texted me all the details like the price, address, and business hours which made it super easy to keep everything on hand. That’s honestly the main reason I chose this place over the others I called it's great to have that type of follow up after a phone call. The repair itself was quick (done within the hour), the price was fair, and he even hooked me up with a screen protector. Super knowledgeable and friendly guy. Definitely will return in the future if I need anything else fixed for sure!
