Went in today for my MacBook Pro not powering on. I went to Geek Squad at Best Buy first and they couldn't get it to power on either, even with their cords. They actually recommended FastLane as they cannot work on Mac's themselves. Went over, and within 30 minutes my computer was both charging and powering on. Great customer service and quick and efficient. It's refreshing to see an honest person who cared about his work and his customer's needs.
Brought in a couple boxes of parts for a custom AI rig build. Other than my anxiety and complete lack of patience, there was zero issues. Brandon got it done clean and functioning. Didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of trash on top of yearly memberships I don't need like best buy does. Probably going to be my go-to place for a while.
Was very helpful and less than half the price from best buy, time for maintenance is super fast and clearly explained and itemized the process. Dude that helped me also played old school runescape, heres the free 5 stars lol
