I've been trying to contact my manager at *** ******* and the corporate office on numerlis during business hours and went to the office on the main gloor because the online payment system kicked me out since Septemeber 2025. No one ever answered my phone calls and there is always someone new in the office, if there show up to begin with. Recently, I found out that I'd an outstanding balance and would be facing eviction if I didn't pay the full balance by the next day. How did I get an outstanding balance when I pay on time? I wonder if they added charges for another unit to my unit's account. The charges don't add up to the amount they claim I owe.If you're never home how do you owe that much when it should be only the base rent. They don't care if you eat, struggle with financial issues, or become dehydrated as long as the company get your money. Ridiculous company who will manipulate you into paying for another person unit and their refusal to pay their rent on time. Never ever ever again. Then the lady had some nerve to call me on my job saying I didn't pay today I would be evicted. I brought your office the amount that don't add up at all to my zero balance that I'd on Monday. Those money orders should been applied before I left that office. If y'all money hungry greedy people would've just waited until Thursday October 9, 2025 you've gotten the money. One of the worst company to be property owners. Don't ever in your life call my job I just won't pick up for the stupidity.

This property management is an absolute joke. They can never get their property managers to do their jobs and help their residents or issues within the communities. Stay away from this property management group and any of their property’s. Ashland Farms especially. What a circus that place is. Hopefully someone higher up in corporate will read this and can respond to me and get my damn account closed and my deposit refunded to me since my lease ended a month ago and still hasn’t been closed out. What a joke!!

My experience….Probably the worst corporate office I’ve dealt with. They never answer the phone and it doesn’t do any good to leave a message, because they will not return them. I left countless of message, but none of them were returned. On top of that, a leasing agent went to them about an issue and they didn’t even contact me to get my side of the story. To make things worse, they didn’t renew my lease because of that. They actually did me a favor to be honest with you. I’ll never lease from any property affiliated with them again.
