Patricia FiggI had an appointment here for back pain clinic as a referral from another practice and I'm happy with the service I received here. The receptionist was polite and helpful and pointed me in the right direction to the first floor, I was seen on time and the doctor I saw about my back problem listened to my concerns and carried out a thorough examination of my back and I have now been referred for further tests. Definitely five stars from me.
NMN 123Again have an appointment, I am now waiting in waiting room 55 mins past my appointment time. It has taken me nearly two weeks to get this emergency app. Not one person has apologised or acknowledged the delay. No respect for your patients time at all. Every time I come here it’s the same!

Syeda AlimI’m pregnant and recently joined this GP. You can’t book any appointments unless it’s at 07:45am every morning. You have to book online only. Even if you don’t want same day appointments, you still have to book online but the portal closes after that 07:45am slot each day. Receptionists can’t help you at all. Not a very inclusive practice for those of us unable to look for an appointment at 07:45am. I thought my last GP was bad but at least I was able to book an appointment quite easily despite them being short staffed. I really regret registering with White Lodge but I’ve moved recently and this was the closest to my new home. I’ll be leaving this GP because I need a practice where I stand a chance of booking an appointment. Do better.
