During an ongoing period of illness, my experience of all staff at Carlton House has been excellent. Dr Perryer in particular has been very supportive and thorough, arranging further investigations and persevering to establish the root cause of my symptoms. A great GP practice.
I just wanted to comment on my recent experience at Carlton House. I had felt unwell at the weekend. I felt it serious enough on the Monday morning that I contacted Carlron House on Patchs. I wad contacted and asked to attend an appointment with Dr Dressler at 10.30am. I was quite surprised to get an appointment so early. Dr Dressler is without doubt a first rate doctor. She has excellent people skills and you never feel that you are taking up her time. I felt her assessment of me was thorough and at every stage, she engaged with me so I knew and could follow her process. Following my consultation, I was sent to Chase Farm Hospital for urgent blood tests. I am so grateful she did as I was called by NHS 111 later to advise me to go to A&E as I was showing signs of sepsis. Due to Dr Dressler's swift actions, I received appropriate care. As a follow up I was called to the surgery today by Dr Amarin who wanted a face to face to check on how I was and if I had any questions about recent events. Dr Amarin was patient, informative and demonstrated his care in the situation. I fully appreciate the stress and pressure within the NHS but I have to commend unreservedly the care, attention and support offered by Carlton House and excellent staff.
Very happy with the doctors & nurses I have seen recently. The doctors have gone the extra mile looking after me which I really appreciate. Have been referred for tests , scans etc in timely manner.
Few weeks ago I telephoned the surgery and spoke to Sam. My elderly mum had high blood pressure. Sam was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. She spoke to GP on call and mum was seen on the same day. Thank you Sam!
