Everything about the studio is wonderful with such attention to detail...pristine facility with air purifiers in every studio room, welcoming front desk staff, excellent and diverse instructors, the professional Zoom platform, the commitment to 'giving back' to the community, and accessible pricing. Simply the best! Highly recommend Linda's classes; she makes yoga accessible to all!

So love WHY classes, especially Barbara. She teaches from a depth of experience and practice and prepares the whole class to enter deeply into final postures. Every time I go I feel like the class has been designed for me. I love the sparse but spot on cueing - so my moving meditation is only interrupted to take me deeper. Great hands on assists. ❤️

WHY has been my yoga home since it opened 20 years ago. Over the years I have ebbed and flowed at times in my own practice, but when I come back to the mat, it is ALWAYS here. The teachers are fantastic, the energy very real and positive, and what they do for the local community super impactful. Recently I completed their 200 hour YTT training to deepen my practice. It was exceptionally well done led by Barbara, Jennifer and Jude. If you have thought about it, I highly recommend it.
