A cute lil yoga studio with a balanced and serene energy! I found myself instantly transported to another world upon entering the room where the yoga 🧘‍♀️ was led by a wonderful instructor! The heated yoga was intense but not overwhelming! At the end of the session I was so relaxed because of her methods! I will be back for more training! Namase Namaha* ☺️

I've been going here for years and have always loved it! Since covid, the schedule changed and it's been more difficult to get opportunities to go with my schedule. However any time I do get the chance, I leave feeling absolutely amazing. They have a variety of classes for all experience levels. Highly recommend!

I am a new member of Samadhi Yoga Studio and I wish I had joined sooner. It is so relaxing and I love the instructors. There are classes all day long 7 days a week, including a one hour lunchtime yoga class. They offer props to help you with poses and to encourage relaxation at the end of the session. I recommend their classes to everyone.
