This is the best physiotherapy clinic hands down! Peter and his team consistently go above and beyond to help and provide the best treatment for their patients. I am very grateful to have been referred to Peter by my doctor and I have come here for several issues including neck and back pain over the last few years. They always spend time with me to understand the cause of the problem first before setting a treatment plan and it is very obvious that they truly care about their patients well-being and recovery. My doctor referred me to Five & Ten Physiotherapy over 10 years ago, which is when I first met physiotherapist Peter Nawara. Over the years, with various pains and injuries, I have NEVER obtained treatment from any other physiotherapist. Peter is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and hands-on. I am so grateful that I met him, as he is a vital part of my medical treatment team. His female staff are attentive and helpful during your treatments, appointment bookings/billings, and any forms and paperwork you need attended to. The clinic is in a central area in Mississauga near public transportation, and there is plenty of free parking at the location. I'm a strong believer in physiotherapy and its results, and I highly recommend Five & Ten Physiotherapy to anyone!

I, have gone to a few physiotherapy clinics, but this by far, exceeded my expectations! The time, care, compassion and attention that Peter and his assistants provided me with, was more than I had ever received at any other clinic. After shoulder surgery, my pain, movement improved significantly, but believe it or not, after having a MVA a few years ago and needing to have 20 needles in my back and hip every 2 weeks, for the last year after having physio at this business, I have required none! They focused on me as a 'whole' realizing that body parts connect, which other physio's that I have gone to do not. This clinic gave me back my life, the use of my shoulder, my mobility and my faith in the Physio. I, have nothing but good things to say about this company. This is the place to go and if needed, I would never go anywhere else.

Peter and his team are dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. I owe my ankle recovery to Peter; not only because of his expertise regarding post-accident/surgery injury recovery, but also because of the support, motivation and guidance he has provided me consistently over the past 3 years. As happy as I am to have fully recovered and finally walk and run without pain again, I will truly miss our weekly sessions, as they were equally helpful as they were enjoyable. In addition, he has previously helped my mother and guided her through her recovery.
