Even though I visited many Physio before, never came across a crew that are great at diagnosis. First time,I am happy to recommend a clinic and most importantly Jigisha. She is a gem, understanding the issue and fixing the root cause, which is key. Still my treatment is in progress. However, I can find a balance in my foot with an overall improvement. With this I would definitely recommend Triangle Physiotherapy.

I came to Aanchal after being diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and feeling extremely anxious about whether my face would regain normal functionality. Aanchal is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood the purpose behind each exercise. I've been seeing Jigisha for a year for pelvic physio and she was incredible. The process involved A LOT of patience and optimism on Jigisha's end and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. She took her time, listened carefully, and used your best judgement to navigate our sessions well. After being prepared for a year, I was successfully able to complete a really important medical appointment with ease. Kudos to Triangle Physiotherapy and Jigisha!
