I have been to classes at many other yoga classes and I have never been able to find another place that offers the personalized attention and instruction that I got at Vital Life Center. I was having issues with my knee, it hurt walking up the stairs, and Jayaprabha took the time to work with me, in every class, to suit the needs of my body. She is an incredible yoga teacher and mentor and truly cares about her students. Her work is all about how to improve her skills and provide a haven for anyone interested in awakening consciousness whether it be through yoga, meditation or coaching. I have experienced a few of the massage therapists as well. They are each talented in different ways, but they each take the time to listen to their client’s needs and form a healthy rapport. Every staff member is committed to providing a welcoming environment that keeps students and clients coming back. I have since moved, otherwise I would still be attending classes. I miss the Vital Life Center greatly. I highly recommend it!

This is a great facility for a massage. Quiet, relaxing environment. Heated massage tables. Zack, my massage therapist, is excellent. He always asks if there are any specific areas that need attention. Very responsive and listens to your needs. I highly recommend him and Vital Life Center.
