Victor plumbing serviced our home via an Invitation Homes work order on 10/3. The tech unplugged our sprinkler system to plug something in inside our garage and did not plug it back in. Our lawn is completely dead because we just figured out that it was unplugged & I watched our cameras. Beyond that, he also left all the sediment from our older water heater in our driveway. The driveway is now stained. Leaving a job site like this is honestly so unacceptable.

Our townhouse rental had a pipe leaking in the wall of the second floor and through the ceiling into the first floor. Tim arrived on time and got straight to work finding the leak. He was communicative, polite, knowledgeable and had it fixed within the hour by replacing our laundry fixtures box. Listen People. I woke up one morning with my downstairs bathroom overflowing into my kitchen. I was devastated. I had to get a hotel room because we couldn’t use any toilet or sink because it will overflow into the downstairs bathroom. Victors Plumbing sent out a guy name (HECTOR PINELL and his guy) and let’s just say he knew his stuff. Not only did he fix it, he corrected the previous plumber mistake and did it all in a timely manner and he also showed up early for his appointment. A flooding home is already stressful, so for me to encounter a skilled plumber that was on time, fix the issue and was polite made my day better. I’m grateful for plumbers!
