Robert was very professional when dropping by the permit for my water heater exchange! Jeff and Zack not only showed up on time but, with great attitudes! They were respectful to me, my dog and my home. The work was done efficiently, professionally and with no clean up! I cannot express in writing how truly amazing Sunshine Plumbing and their team have been! Communication is great, pricing is great and the service is phenomenal! They are coming back not only for my bath tub conversion but any future plumbing needs! If you are in need of a plumber give them a call you will be happy you did! THANK YOU!!

Sunshine Plumbing (Owner/Eric) replaced our condo building's galvanized pipe with copper pipes and new shutoff valves. Reasonable price, organized, and good communication (feedback provided to Board daily). Passed city inspection w/o any issues.

I find that the service provided was okay. However the professionalism of either the owner or manager needs an attitude adjustment. Our company hired them last year and first and foremost they were worried about money all for a small piece of change which was handed to them after the service. This year they were hired again , they never sent out an invoice and was given the opportunity on more than one occasion to answer questions about the invoice having not been received. Then someone from the office called about the payment and in the background I am assuming that was either the owner or manager was demanding that he be paid right then and there today no if and the butts after being given the explanation that an invoice was never received. Needless to say they don't have to worry about our business again they're worse than a high-end creditor worried about $125 that's not even two months overdue. I guess this company is all about money and not about quality service and trying to work with customers especially those who are commercial customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
