I cannot speak highly enough about Reynolds Overhead Doors. It all started when I called to make an initial appointment to have a screen installed on my garage. Within a week I had someone out to measure and give me a price on the cost and a date that it would be installed. From that point on, communication was great. I wouldn’t receive text and phone calls and I would knew exactly what was going on the whole time. I even was sent a picture of the person taking care of the installation. I’m very excited with my product that I purchased and I highly recommend their services.

A March hail-storm damaged my two garage doors as well as my roof and siding. One of the first people to give me an estimate on the damage was Elizabeth from Reynolds. She evaluated the doors and told me to make sure the insurance company replaced them with ones of equal quality because mine were a thicker gauge than usual. Of course the insurance company quoted the lesser quality doors but because Elizabeth had alerted me to that possibility I was able to get the appropriate replacements. I ordered the doors and then began the 7 month process of reroofing and residing my home. Reynolds held my doors in storage the entire time. Misty checked in regularly to schedule and reschedule the installation based on the progress of my project. She was so accommodating during the entire process. I finally had the doors installed last week...the final step in the entire process. The installers arrived on time and within 4 hours had both doors installed with new hardware and perimeter seals. They look great and my wife and I could not be happier that we chose Reynolds Overhead Doors. We highly recommend them.

The tech arrived in great time. He got right to work. He finished in about 30 minutes. He replaced two springs on our garage door. He adjusted the door and we reviewed it all and things went very well. Would highly recommend.
