I was disappointed when my garage door cables were loose and the door wouldn’t raise this morning. A quick Google search told me to check out the spring and it had snapped. My family and Google explained that trying to repair that on my own could be highly dangerous so I’d need a professional. A lot of the companies in our area had great Google ratings so I wasn’t sure who to call first. The first company I found was going to charge me $89 just to come out (which could be credited toward a repair, but still seemed like a lot) so I made an appointment but decided to call around. Lewis Door said they could have a tech out within a few hours of my calling so I let them come. Josh was great.. very friendly, professional and had the job quoted within 5 minutes and the work done within 45 minutes. I’m not sure how to rate the pricing because this was my first experience with a broken spring but friends who’d experienced similar issues made it seem like my price was perfect or even a little less than they’d expect. Josh even lubricated my other garage door while he was there. I forgot to ask for his card but luckily they left a sticker on the inside of door so I know just who I should call the next time I have an issue with a garage door. Thank you Lewis Door!

I emailed them Saturday, heard back Monday, got a quote that same day, and they were out to fix everything by Friday (only delayed because of my own schedule). Lewis Door Services were excellent from start to finish! I had an issue with my garage, and a family member recommended Lewis Door Services, saying they were highly rated, pricey, but the best service in the area. I called the same day I noticed the issue and got someone within a few minutes! No leaving voicemails and waiting for someone to call me back! Even better, they were able to send someone out the same day to give me a consultation! And even more of a blessing, they was able to schedule someone to come out the next day to take care of my issue! The next day, they notified me someone was on their way right on time. The person sent me a text saying they were 20 minutes out, and they arrived exactly when they said they would! The person working on the repair, Chris, was professional, polite, friendly, and eager to answer any questions I had! If ANYTHING happens to my garage in the future, I will be contacting Lewis Door Services. Furthermore, if ANYONE I know needs any garage service, I will tell them to contact Lewis Door Services.
