I called Absolute Services to get a cost on a new garage door. Nathan came out to my house to give the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, polite and gave me a great price on a new door. Matthew, the technician doing the installation communicated everything from the moment he left the business coming to my house. He was so professional and had a great attitude. The door looks great and is so quiet opening and closing. Everything was cleaned up and looked wonderful. I'm so glad I called Absolute Services.

Clayton, our service tech was knowledgeable and presented several ways to resolve our garage door issue. Very happy with the service and the outcome!! He even did an excellent job explaining things to my wife so that we could make a good decision even though I couldn't be there. We weren't planning on having to replace our motor but the fact that he had one on his truck and was able to take care of it today during his original service call was a blessing! Easy to schedule and quick to respond!

Our experience with Absolute Services started off a bit rocky. The garage door was unfortunately measured and ordered incorrectly not once, but twice. While that was definitely frustrating, I have to say that throughout the process, the staff remained friendly, polite, attentive, and committed to making things right. Our technician was scheduled to come out yesterday but got delayed on a tough job. What really turned things around for us, though, was the dedication shown by the general manager. He personally came out after hours to install the correct door himself. That kind of effort really stood out. He was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to making things right. It’s not every day you see a general manager roll up their sleeves and get the job done. While the process wasn’t perfect, the way the team handled it in the end, especially the GM going the extra mile, really earned our appreciation. Thanks again! I also wanted to add: I had shopped around for quotes and they did come in higher BUT they price matched with a price that was lower and still installed a top brand garage door motor.
