I cannot say enough good things about this leasing company! They are a small, family-owned business that truly cares about their renters. Any time we’ve needed something, they’ve gone above and beyond to help. Ann, who was mentioned in a previous review, isn’t even the main person renters deal with, yet she still takes time out of her busy schedule to help when needed. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and professional in my experience. The entire staff has been nothing but helpful and responsive. As with any house, small maintenance issues have come up, but every single time we reported something—like a leak—it was fixed the same day. They don’t ignore problems; they take care of them immediately. There was also a minor billing issue at one point, but as soon as it was brought to their attention, they fixed it right away with no hassle. Unfortunately, I believe the negative review left by my former roommate was more about her personal situation than the company itself. She wanted to break her lease on short notice, and when that wasn’t immediately possible, she unfairly blamed the leasing office. The truth is, this company has been nothing but fair, accommodating, and professional. If you’re considering leasing from them, don’t let one bad review deter you. My experience has been nothing short of amazing, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Looks like a good company that owns a lot of properties in Middle TN until you do some digging. Wilma Wright & family have over 24 PAGES of court cases where they’ve sued prior tenants. This is public knowledge. Buyer Beware!

They were so unprofessional!! Leasing with them is a nightmare. The lady Ann over the leases was rude to me on multiple occasions and made rude comments towards me over the phone. All I wanted was information on how to swap my lease over.. When breaking my lease THEY LOST THE LEASE and I had to wait longer to swap it. Many times I called and "no one was in office".. no one is ever around to help!!! Ann is the lady over leasing and she's unprofessional and a complete nightmare. They also charged me the wrong amount multiple times and TRIED to make me pay a fee for their mistake. This place is beyond terribly ran and is a nightmare to lease from!! Save your time!! The house we leased was also disgusting and had two leaks that they also ignored for a long time!! We had to beg them to come out and fix it. Worst place to lease from!!!
