Terrible, very unprofessional experience. Poor communication, Joe was so unorganized and so was his assistant Louise. I emailed the office manager to express my concerns with Joe and asked how to proceed, but instead of responding, they dropped me as a client without telling me and only sent my remaining retainer amount back with no explanation. Communication was poor, they promised and guaranteed over and over they would send me an additional refund and my file, and even now almost 2 months later, I am still waiting on my file (despite asking every week). I’ve paid over $1,000 and have nothing to show for it. I don't know about the rest of the lawyers at this firm, but the fact they keep lawyers like Joe around says a lot.
