Appointment was from 10:00 to 2:00. He showed up at 5:05 PM. I had called ahead on the previous Thursday to report an ant problem. The office said he would address that problem when he made his routine stop on the 16th. When he showed up Wednesday he said he didn’t have all the materials for exterminating them.
