Had a good experience with Lucas H the sales guy. Also, we had a positive experience with the technician who came out to service our home. Great communication and all were very pleasant and personable. After reading the contract, I will probably be taking advantage of the three day opt out and canceling our service due to language that is 100% beneficiary only to EcoShield. I do not agree with the arbitration language or the price increase language. I want a SIMPLE pest control process with a reputable company on a month to month basis based on the quality of the service provided by the company. Chris R

I had the best experience with Heather Matthias today at EcoShield. She handled all of my treatment concerns, was insanely patient with me as I have a lot of moving parts when it comes to scheduling! She was so kind and understanding we wound up just chatting like old friends for most of the interaction! It was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had and I’ve been working in customer service for years!! She is truly an asset and although I hope I don’t need to contact EcoShield in the foreseeable future knowing someone like Heather is on the receiving end of the call makes it much less daunting! This company may be great but not for my needs. Salesperson sold me a bill of goods that sounded great but was no different than what I had with previous company. Technician was very nice and did a good job but i was a little worried since he had only been on the job for two weeks. Carl with customer service was the best part of the experience. He provided excellent customer service.
