Listen, if you google Realtor near me, you're going about it the wrong way. If you type in the words, Best Realtor in the "Fake Edmond" (Respectfully) area, no doubt about it, our Realtor, Kate Hunt-Spivey will pop up Every time. And trust me, you want that. My husband and I have gone through this process a few times before, but I tell you what, Kate has been, hands down, the Best Realtor we've worked with! Kate was so efficient at what she does, it allowed my husband and I to focus on what we do best, and THAT, made this process sooo much easier. From the beginning of the process, Kate took the reigns and moved with a purpose. Kate listened to understand what we were hopeful to achieve with listing our property and purchasing our next home. She wasn't pushy and she was Very respectful, all the while joining with us in laughter- but maintaining professionalism. I haven't even mentioned Kate's knowledge and expertise when it comes to listing and staging the home, as well as her social media presence. I mean, I could go on and on, but I think by now you get my drift. I can't reiterate enough, look up Kate Hunt-Spivey if you want the Best Realtor in "Fake Edmond" and I promise she won't disappoint.

I was referred to Urban Nest by my lender. He had worked with them in the past. I had clients considering a builder that does massive building. Jason took my call right away and able to schedule a meeting with in the hour very fortunate. Showed a home to my client so they could get a feel of the quality of their new home. He had a presentation to show them the process of building which included items that they would pay extra with other builders. They kept everything on schedule and I believe we closed before projected date. Very professional and the quality is more then expected. Client is very satisfied with there home.
