JD and BoB were great. They truly were evolved with the designing of building of our home. They presented ideas and options that we incorporated into our build. They also help to save a considerable amount of money on certain things that we wanted that showed us a better less expensive way to To build it. This are truly forever home. This is something that we will pass on to our children. It’s been wonderful to have Christmases and Thanksgiving here with our families.. They’ve been available with small minor issues after six months. Building a home, a stressful thing design everything they took they for a big part in reducing the stress of designing a building custom home. Recommended several Friends and family members to them.

K&B are great home builders. We lost our home to a fire and they helped us create a home that was perfect for us. Bob is easy to work with and available when questions came up. They also helped a few people that lost their home in a tornado a few years ago. Everyone has been happy with their experiences with K&B. I highly recommend these guys!

We unfortunately were hit with tragic as our house experienced an electrical fire and was considered a total loss. Within 2 days of our fire, K & B was on site with a helping hand ready to go to work. We had seen their work and had experience with them as they built and re-built our in-laws house and a neighbor down the road. I feel with this industry and the emotions that go along with building/re-building your forever home there are always going to be ups and downs and things that you can not control. With that being said and putting the trust of your family home in the hands of a builder is a big decision. I felt that K & B was a pleasure to work with and always had our best interest. We could not be happier with the outcome of our home and appreciate all their dedication, hard work, and willingness to help us get back on our feet. These gentleman are very humble and although construction is never a smooth process; they made sure we as the paying customer were always happy. Me and my family could not be more thrilled with our home and are very grateful for K & B Homes.

Our happy turkey day 2016 wasn't quite as happy as planned. All of the right things came together to make the wrong thing happen for our family. Fortunately for us after the ash settled K & B Homes took one of the worst situations and made it the second best dream come true. They were left a huge mess and built a beautiful home to welcome our first child into.
