* Read my review * VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK 03/20/2025 @ 4pm appointment to fix Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Victor arrived early and asked me a few questions regarding the water heater issue and immediately discovered the issued and fixed it (EXPERT LEVEL)! LIKE HE KNEW RIGHT OFF THE BAT. Victor also Explained to what caused it and suggested some Do-It-Yourself maintenance remedies to avoid this issue from occurring again. Very very nice and professional! Victor is very kind and straightforward… Vivian (Office Manager) is very detailed and friendly. I will definitely call Upgrade Home Service again for any Air Conditioning or Water Heater services. Again, BIG THANKS VICTOR!
Upgrade has been very professional from start to finish installing heat pump. I had contacted them last year, but didn’t get it installed due to me being out. They pretty much gave me almost the same quote this year without trying to increase it which a lot of others did. The initial visit was very informative - walked through all options and never tried to sell what I didn’t need or what was not required. Once they scheduled the dates, they worked non stop until it was done earlier than estimated and kept me updated on all the new discovery like running new ducts or adding vents where needed I’d highly recommend them for value for money but also very high quality of service.
Out of all the home appliance companies/technicians I’ve worked with over the years, Victor and his team have been the easiest and most seamless to work with. They are very communicative, respectful, and generally fun to chat with. My heater had issues and stopped working 3 times within a span of a couple months. The previous techs I hired would give me a diagnosis but it didn’t fix the issue or only temporarily fixed it and my heater stopped working again soon after. Victor not only diagnosed the potential issue for me but he also proactively made adjustments to my furnace to make sure it operated most suitably for the size of my home. He was so patient with explaining the issue to me numerous times until I felt confident I understood the problem and the adjustments he made. I also learned that they offer tankless water heater maintenance as well, so I scheduled the maintenance for another day and when they came, it was competed it within an hour. Very reasonable pricing as well. Definitely will continue to work with them in the future if I have any HVAC needs and when I need to do annual maintenance on my tankless water heater. Highly recommend these guys!
