Yoga and specifically Strength & Tone with Tracy Henzel — has truly changed my life. When I joined Twisted Dog last winter, I hadn’t touched my yoga mat in nearly ten years. I was lacking confidence and could barely touch my toes. After months of hard work and consistent encouragement from Tracy and the Strength & Tone community, I’ve become stronger, more flexible, and capable of poses I never imagined I’d be able to do. That progress has only been possible because we’ve had the opportunity to practice together multiple times a week. Tracy is the best instructor I’ve had in my entire life as both an athlete and a devoted gym-goer. She’s instructional, inspiring, and knows how to push each of us to grow. I can’t count the number of times I’ve joyfully called out, “Tracy, look at me, I’m doing it!” while my classmates cheered me on. We’ve built a true community in that room

I took the Yoga series for Beginners- What a great intro! I never felt like I was trying to keep up or struggling with the poses. Maureen was excellent, gently correcting our poses to avoid injury. Thanks so much for a wonderful series!

Not a safe space. The owner decided a vulgar word was worse than an hour of me being judged by a few bigots from the fire dept. OK. Understood. That the instructor noticed, and held eye contact with me about, but did nothing to stop. It was their first yoga class ever. On the Inauguration Day. I’m so glad for them. So far the owner has not even offered to refund my studio credits. I had been there over a year now. Guess that amounts to nothing. I’ll be in a different studio practicing. See ya there! #Namastaeaway

Beautiful studio with caring and helpful instructors. Instructors were able to help me modify my work out due to an injury. Went on the Costa Rica retreat last April and it was the most amazing and calming retreat. Highly recommend both the studio and the travel retreats
