Called a couple times to set up a showing online April 1st. No response, so I set up a showing online. That didn’t happen either. Called on Wednesday the 9th to set up a showing for today, she sent me the application. An hour and a half before the showing today she canceled and said someone else had taken the lease. Turns out no one had signed the lease, the company was just turning the house that used to be three separate apts, into one rental property. But she didn’t tell me that, I found that out by looking online. They sent other apt options for me to look through, all of them were twice my budget and twice the amount of pace I was looking for. I don’t leave many google reviews. I hate logging into my google account because it’s a pain with the two factor authentication. But it was worth it to log in this time. Don’t do business here if your point of contact is Suzanne.

Amazing owner. Brett is caring, thoughtful and extremely attentive. We are first time home buyers and the process is more painful than balancing a beam in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, while you are on fire and a giant 1 ton truck is coming at you. But Bret and his amazing team at TREO were superb. They were able to put my needs first, listen to me, adapt and were responsive. Even though we are not ready to buy a home right now, when we are in the future, we are def going with Brett and his team. A perfect Gentleman who makes the process as painless as possible, as much as he can. If you are in the market to buy or sell a house, this is the place. Lastly, we worked with multiple real estate agencies and everyone else was pushy but not TREO Realtors. They are client focused and out the needs first, not being pushy with sales. Thank you so much for all your help and giving me countless hours of your time, and while we are not ready to buy a house right now, I can't wait to come to this review down the line, when we do, and look back at it with fondness.
