Texto largo pero por favor leedlo. Si pensáis o estáis con gestiones con ellos no continuad porque os engañarán. Lamentable la profesionalidad de esta agencia. OJO!!! Estamos en una operación que no conseguimos cerrar por ocultación de información. Quieren vender a toda costa y son capaces de manipular para cerrar operaciones. En paralelo negocian con otro comprador solicitando mejor oferta y juegan con nosotros. Confiamos en que podamos cerrarla y que podamos cambiar esta opinión e impresión de esta marca internacional que es la que nos aportaba “confianza” para seguir adelante. Son unos trileros y engañan a los clientes, como dice la otra reseña tiene mucho que aprender y mejorar para tratar con personas. Ocultan información que no aportan y dan versiones equívocas a los vendedores que no ponen en contacto con los compradores y manejan la información a sus intereses para cobrar sus comisiones que obligan a los compradores a afrontarlas porque no se fían de sus propios clientes. Por culpa de ellos hemos perdido la ilusión de nuestra vida amargándonos la operación. Créanme!!!

Hemos elevado nuestra queja y situación al CEO y a la Responsable de Franquicias de Engel & Volkers de España y esta franquicia de Puerto Banús (que no son mas que unos API) con toda la poca vergüenza, niegan y dan versiones diferentes de lo ocurrido con nuestro caso, que finalmente hemos perdido la vivienda ya que negocian en paralelo. Van a por su presa y al mejor postor saltándose todos los protocolos, recomendaciones y pautas que la marca les pone a disposición y les exige. Esta franquicia de Puerto Banús NO son para nada Engel & Volkers y dejan mucho que desear actuando libremente con API que son. No caigáis como nosotros en el nombre de esta prestigiosa marca en esta Franquicia porque tendréis problemas.
