Staffs are good. Smooth checked in. Location is nice. Room service is very good. The best thing is kitchen is open 24/7. But only thing is bothering that rooms need to be improved. And should maintain cleanliness.

Poor Stay Experience at Hotel Palm Dor, Paharganj Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at Hotel Palm Dor, Paharganj, DB Gupta Road, and I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable: The bathroom had excessive water accumulation, making it unsafe and unhygienic. There was no body wash or shampoo provided. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and unhygienic. The AC was leaking water, which soaked the entire room. There was a strong damp and musty smell coming from the bedding and mattress. Additionally, the behavior of the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude: The room rate was informed as ₹2000, but at checkout they demanded extra GST, which was not communicated at the time of booking. They refused to keep our luggage for even a short period and forcibly threw it outside, which was highly disrespectful. Such treatment and poor facilities are unacceptable, and I hope you take necessary steps to ensure better service and hygiene for future guests. Looking forward to your response and appropriate action.

If you are a couple, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. When I tried to book a room, the staff member asked me to check the room first. He took the master key from the reception and started opening rooms one by one without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Shockingly, we found two rooms already occupied, with people inside. This complete lack of privacy and professionalism made me decide not to stay at this hotel
