Let me tell you about my recent visit to this fabulous venue known for its exceptional conference halls in Dwarka. The whole vibe was awesome all thanks to Rupesh who managed everything flawlessly. I can’t stop raving about the delightful service provided by some truly helpful folks who ensured we had eveything we needed making it an unforgettable experience overall.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But the impression was not submitted. The room was was ready when we checked in, the floor was cracking, making noise while walking, the bedding was not proper , the sink was chocked and after complaining he removed the led which almost made my ring to drain into the sink. It was not helpful. We also requested to change our room but the other room's they shown as was not proper as well. We keep on complaining for almost 2-days but we got no response from the management. We have stayed in Radisson at other locations but the property in dwarka is disappointing. The other survives like house keeping, food and security is good.

⭐ Disappointed Stay – Poor Service at Radisson Blu Dwarka I stayed at Radisson Blu Dwarka on 6th–7th October 2025 with my wife and 3-year-old son to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Our booking clearly mentioned special requests — large bed, higher floor, room decoration with a rose, celebration cake, and late checkout — but not a single one was fulfilled. At check-in, no bell boy was available to help with luggage. During the buffet, the restaurant staff were completely unresponsive and careless — I had to ask multiple times for kids’ cutlery and a baby chair, but nobody cared to provide one. Only one Sikh server finally helped with a dessert spoon for my child. When I ordered a paid ice bucket, it took 40 minutes and no one informed me of any delay. Later, a staff member arrived and said another server “dropped the ice bucket” — an excuse that shows zero professionalism. The pizza I ordered was cold and poorly made with frozen oregano. For a 5-star property, this was a terrible experience. No empathy, no hospitality, and no coordination among the team. Management seriously needs to retrain staff and focus on basic service standards. Definitely not the experience one expects from a Radisson Blu hotel.
