This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was top-notch. It's a short walk to the beach and in a quiet area, which was perfect for our family. My son, who has mild autism, loved the hotel because of its quiet location and cleanliness. We will definitely be returning!"

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff denied me check-in and demanded extra money over and above the actual booking amount. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Guests should not be harassed in this way after making a proper reservation. If you value transparency, honesty, and hassle-free service, I would strongly suggest avoiding Hotel Royal Address. There are plenty of other hotels that treat their guests with respect.
