Wifi is not reliable at all. We complained about wifi but they didn't do anything about it . Electricity goes out 20 times a day When electricity goes out wifi also goes out. their generator takes solid 10 to 15 minutes to start. And even when electricity is back wifi takes at least 5 minutes to start working again . Food isnt that good either .
1) No immediate fixes to any issues. During Mar-Apr the AC was not working and it took 2 weeks for them to manage a mechanic. 2) No proper Wifi support/range in my room. 3) Room feels dusty to feet even after the staff brooms and sweeps the floor on weekend. 4) Only Potato sabji mixed with some other vegetable on 5 weekdays, soyabean rice and paneer curry on weekends (Paneer doesn't taste real). 5) Every week there is an issue of washing machine, the spin drum doesn't work. 6) Power backup by generator is not immediate. 7) Lift is installed but not working.
Worst hotel ever, wifi doesn't works. Just connect wifi at reception only and you'll know. No network inside rooms also, and no remote for ac or tv. Worst experience ever.
