I stayed for a week at Hotel Ginger City Centre, Noida. Frankly, being a budget hotel, I was not expecting great rooms or service. But this hotel surprised me. The deluxe room I got was very spacious, with good ambience and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was physically challenged with hearing and speaking disability, and it was so heart warming to see such good room cleaning service given by him. The front office manager Mr. Suraj Chowdhury and his team members Asha, Aditya, Megha were really helpful and offered great help even with smallest of requests. They are soft spoken and demonstrate great hospitality whenever you approach them for anything. And the Qmin restaurant was also v good...the morning breakfast buffet had a good spread. The F & B Manager, Mr. Rajiv Kumar and his team members Pratik, Praduman and others were very courteous and gave excellent service. However, the menu options during the day were limited and being a vegetarian, I feel some vegetable preparation with rice or hot rotis could be made available. The restaurant closes at 10.30pm, so if you arrive after that, there are no meal options available, not even in room service because the kitchen closes by then. So if you have a late check in, please bring your own dinner from outside. Overall, a great stay at the Hotel Ginger and excellent service by all departments. I really recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in the central part of Noida.

recently stayed at Ginger Hotel in Noida, and I wanted to share my experience, especially about the service provided by Pratik. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile that set a positive tone for my stay. Pratik was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions I had. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed, whether it was extra towels or recommendations for local restaurants. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and how he made me feel welcome throughout my stay. It's refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about their guests, and Pratik definitely stood out in that regard.

My stay at Ginger Hotel was overall a pleasant experience. While there is some scope for improvement in the rooms in terms of comfort and amenities, the property truly stands out in other areas. The location is excellent—conveniently placed for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good variety and quality that made mornings enjoyable. Overall, despite the minor room improvements needed, this hotel remains one of the best options in the area, and I look forward to staying here again

Good room cleaning services by Mukesh. The staff at reception is kind and friendly. Ask for Karan and Suraj. They are really helpful and hassle free check in checkout services. Best place to stay in Noida. Always my first choice.
