I don't think the kitchen was touched at all. I just finished cleaning the sinks and the crumbs left on the countertops. The dining table had nothing done to it=there were spots left on it. The rocking chair arms weren't dusted. Usual crappy job dusting. I only keep you all on because it's too hard to get anyone else to come at the time i want and I've had you all a long time; certainly long enough to know to do a better job. I'm sure you have trouble getting employees, but that's no excuse for doing a poor job by the SAME 07 team I've had for at least a year. Just talk to them. I'm not changing, yet. A team at Cleaning Authority - Fort Bend has been coming to our home to clean it for over a year now and we are extremely pleased with the services. Our regular team composed of Jaimie Alessandra and Carla are wonderful! In their absence, the replacement staff has always been great as well - Karla, Sara and Nataly. We highly recommend!

We have been very happy with the Cleaning Authority - Fort Bend. They are consistent, on time, and do a great job at keeping our home clean. While we have had many excellent teams over the years, Team #12 has recently done a wonderful job!

This company is a definite NO for us. The first cleaning, they didn't clean the master bedroom, dust still on dresser and mirrors. Puddles of water on hardwood and tile flooring. I called the Cleaning Authority in Fort Bend and they apologized and assured me that the next cleaning they would "pay extra attention" to the master bedroom(not really sure what that meant) and also have a manager do a walk through after the cleaning today. We get home today after the completion of the cleaning, and the cleaners completely missed a whole bedroom. I spoke with Stella from Cleaning Authority and voiced my dissatisfaction with the company thus far. We just hired them and they failed to deliver on 2 cleanings and that's with a "walk-through" from a manager. She agreed to credit me a whole $15 for the rooms that were missed this time and last time. Stating that how they usually handle a situation like this is they send the cleaning crew back that day or next day. That's terrible customer service!! I would think this is not acceptable on all fronts and the company would do more to assure complete customer satisfaction without having to send cleaning crews back to do a job they should have done in the first time. Needless to say, we don't recommend this company.
