Dylan WalkerPlease do not be scammed by this company. I booked this service last minute for a gathering that I was preparing for. I really wanted to trust the good reviews, but they were misleading. Much of the negative reviews are spot on. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home that was not cleaned fully. 1 of the bedroom went untouched and I even helped her clean to try and speed up the process. She spent time in my cabinets organizing instead of cleaning. I had to literally stop the cleaner and ask her to leave after 4.5 hours of “cleaning”. Top quality pricing with not so top quality results. Many ppl asked me what the cleaner did when they dropped by which was a slap in the face. There were literally minimal changes to my home. Lol I called the manager to express my disdain with the insane pricing for what I experienced. I was told that the cleaner was “new” and although that was “no excuse” that I needed to meet them in the middle due to the fact that she was already paid. Not sure how that was my problem. I was offered another cleaning with a %15 discount for my next cleaning that I will definitely not being using after the horrific experience I had.
