Three Birds Yoga Studio

I took the Y6 Sculpt & flow with Caitlyn this evening and the class was overall amazing!! Since it was my first time, Caitlyn was kind enough to introduce herself and ask some basic questions about me prior to the class to ensure I felt comfortable throughout. I’ve taken maybe a handful of classes so I am definitely no expert. However, she made sure to demonstrate everything and do the poses and exercises with us which was great. It was a great challenge and I was DRIPPING in sweat throughout the class. The staff was very kind and the studio was nice and clean!

Jill is the best and I love taking her classes. Always switched it up, makes it so fun and a great workout! Completed my 100th class with her!!! This milestone was important to share it with someone who motivates and inspires me!

I’ve been going to YogaSix Providence for 4 months now and I do have great experience whenever I go. My favorite class is restorative yoga on Tuesday nights with Sarah and it helps my body to relax and stretch. Sarah is knowledgeable in yoga and she does great job doing the classes. Everytime my parents attends the class, they always have a good sleep afterwards. I trained for half marathon on early 2025 and I wished I should’ve started attending restorative yoga during that time. Also, the place are clean and tidy. The staff and front desk are friendly.
