The Triple Zen Certification retreat last week was above and beyond what I expected. Berta and Maryanna were so knowledgeable, kind and supportive in leading us in these 3 trainings. The material was very thorough and easy to understand. They had us practice to experience the power of restorative, yin and yoga Nidra which I find extremely important if you plan to teach. I loved being with a group of likeminded people who share the same passion for health and wellness. I left feeling completely restored physically, emotionally and spiritually and I am looking forward to sharing what I learned to my clients.
