Got my nails done by Hannah — she’s professional, patient, and quick. The staff overall are very welcoming and professional as well. My first visit was definitely worth it, and I can’t wait to come back again. They even serve complimentary hot tea on arrival, which was a lovely touch.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I walked in feeling a bit stressed from work and left feeling like a completely new person. The staff were so welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door - they offered me a drink and made sure I was comfortable in the massage chair. My nail technician really took her time and paid attention to every detail. She didn't rush through the process like some places do, and actually listened when I showed her the color I wanted. The salon was spotlessly clean, which is always important to me, and they had all the latest colors and finishes. What I really appreciated was how they explained each step of the process and gave me some great tips for maintaining my nails at home. The whole atmosphere was so relaxing - perfect music, great lighting, and just a really chill vibe. My nails looked absolutely stunning when I left and have lasted way longer than usual. I've already booked my next appointment and will definitely be recommending this place to my friends. Sometimes you find a gem of a place that ticks all the boxes, and this is definitely one of them. Five stars without hesitation!

Terrible experience. My waxing was the worst I've ever had. My nails were fine, but the staff was super pushy and aggravating. I wanted to pay with a voucher they didn't accept, which was a voucher purchased for that specific store. Since I couldn't use it, I had to pay, but they don't accept card payments, so I was forced to go find a bank to get some cash. Most of the time, he kept my keys. Can you imagine how annoying and savage that was for me? I don't recommend this place at all. A terrible time there. I'm still waiting for the voucher refund. This whole thing is very upsetting.
