When you buy a used car, things can go right, and in that case, no one would complain. What you need to know is what happens when things don't work out well, as any used car can have issues. We bought our Hyundai Elantra from Marko. A few weeks after driving, the car presented a problem. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't cheap to solve, but the car was still under the 1-month warranty. Marko took full responsibility of the issue. He supported us through the process, being constantly in touch with us and the mechanic, and taking the financial burden of most of the repairs, which were not cheap at all. That's exactly what you want from your car dealer: to take responsibility when things don't go right. So if I had to choose a few of words to describe Autofirm and Marko, they would be honesty, kindness and integrity. To conclude, having done quite a bit of research before buying our car, and going to multiple dealers, the prices that you'll find at Auto Firm are just right. Before settling for Auto Firm, we went to one of the big japanese-car official dealers in Waterloo. They promised the best "upfront price", but it just took 15 minutes of talking to make them give us a price that was thousands of dollars less. You don't have to do that with Marko. In my experience, the price was fair upfront, so you don't have to have a degree in bargaining to buy a car. Again, honesty! I can't think of a higher praise to write in a dealership review. Buy with absolute confidence.
