I had been a customer at Car Valley Kitchener for the past couple of months without any major issues. Today, after a wash, I noticed three big scratches on the top of my brand new car. When I went back to show them, instead of taking any responsibility, they simply said they “never use a brush on the top.” That’s not acceptable — if it wasn’t a brush, then something in their process caused the damage. We trust these places to clean our cars, not damage them. I have already canceled my membership and will not be returning. It’s extremely disappointing, and now the question remains — who will be responsible for the damages to my new car?

Do not go here unless your car is an old scratched piece of garbage. We got a few scratches on our hood and many micro scratches all over our car. A piece of trim came off in the wash as well. Car was still dirty even after the wash. When we went back to get our piece of trim we were told no refunds as per their policy. They will scratch and damage your car. DO NOT come here with a newer vehicle. Lesson learned the hard way for us.

I just took my car to this car wash today morning, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the wash, I noticed paint damage and black streaks left on the front bumper, which were definitely not there before. It looks like harsh chemicals or careless cleaning caused the issue. The staff didn’t seem concerned when I brought it up, and there was no offer to inspect or fix the problem. For the price I paid, I expected proper care and attention, not damage to my car’s paint. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle’s finish.
