I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and sweet, who also gave me the numbing cream (not a pleasant taste but very helpful during my procedure) I came in for lip filler, and the results exceeded my expectations! I forgot the name of the sweet female who brought me into the room but she was very welcoming and took time to explain the process. My injector was Hayley! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Hayley carefully enhanced my lips while keeping everything beautifully natural. Before starting, she gave me her thoughts on what my lips needed and delivered perfection—just the right amount of volume and symmetry. The procedure itself was quick, and they walked me through every step so I knew exactly what to expect. What I loved most was how much they genuinely care about their clients. They checked in with me afterward to make sure I was happy with my results (which, of course, I was!). If you’re considering any aesthetic treatments, Look Med Spa is the place to go.
