She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but Brenda’s calm and professional approach helped me relax and actually enjoy the process. The treatment itself felt great, and I already noticed my arms feeling a bit firmer after just one session. The spa is beautiful, clean, and super relaxing. She was easy to talk to without being overly chatty which I love because sometimes it’s nice to have companionable silence. All the staff were kind and easy going. Nicole was awesome too!
