I have been with the grange for the last one year , was not feeling well , and thinking about leaving it , and then I had my appointment with this lady Dr ,named RAVAT ,and honestly , I have changed my mind , she has given the proper attention , and has listened to me carefully , and now since a 3rd week I'm feeling much better , she is very professional , and highly reckoned grange medical admission to keep this girl . thanks a million ❤️

Excellent care given to my husband. From his appointment, to been sent to Accident and Emergency were he was diagnosed with a kidney stone that was removed the very next morning under GA.. Excellent help. Eternally grateful Mr And Mrs Brooks

The practice is sometimes very good but isn't always consistent with good service,from a patient’s point of view. Personally, three previous attempts to make an appointment over a few months were futile. I was told the surgery was full to capacity and ring 111. I was not allowed to forward book and just turned away . BUT ! when I attended in person at 8. 45 on the 20th January it was totally different . One very pleasant, helpful receptionist was on duty (by herself coping admirably with a long queue). She did triage and managed to book me in with a practice nurse for the same day. Wow . I saw Caroline, who was compassionate ,very thorough, and professional . I now feel so much better that I have managed to see someone and begin treatment . So on this occasion 10/10

My appointment was on time. The person I saw was pleasant, he took my blood samples, didn't feel the needle going in, he took 2 samples, the procedure was completed quickly and effortlessly. Very pleased.
